Chef Anh Luu brings a unique Asian fusion twist on Cajun-Creole cuisine. She was born in New Orleans and experienced an array of culinary cultures growing up. Full bar here, which is a big plus. Tapalaya has their dinner menu every day, but features brunch on the weekends. I stopped by on a Saturday to check out the latter. And naturally, there are alcoholic options on the brunch menu.
